What should I do if the eSIM QR code doesn’t scan or I need to activate it manually?

If you're unable to scan your eSIM QR code, try the following steps:

  • Ensure proper lighting: Make sure the QR code is well-lit and clearly visible.

  • Clean your camera lens: A dirty or smudged lens may prevent accurate scanning.

  • Hold your device steady: Keep your hand stable while scanning the code.

If the QR code still doesn't work or you've been provided with manual activation details, you can activate the eSIM manually. Go to your device's mobile or cellular settings and select "Enter Details Manually" or "Add Plan Manually." Then enter the required information, such as the SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code provided by your eSIM provider.
