- Tap the Help icon and fill in the following details:
  - Your Name
  - Email Address
  - Subject
  - Message
  - Account Details (optional)
- Complete the CAPTCHA by tapping 'I’m not a robot.'
- Tap the 'Send' button to submit your query.
