Where can I view my purchased eSIMs?

You can easily view your purchased eSIMs in the app. Here's how:

Steps to Access Your Purchased eSIMs:

  1. Open the App: Launch the eSIM Card app on your device.

  2. Go to 'My eSIMs': Navigate to the 'My eSIMs' screen.

eSIM Sections Overview:

Active eSIMs:

  • Tags and Status:

    • A green "Activate" tag indicates your eSIM is active.

    • An orange "Activating.." tag means your eSIM is in the process of activation.

  • Details Available:

    • View your data plan, expiration date, and usage.

    • Tap 'View Details' for more information.

    • Setup Options:

      • If your eSIM is not yet active, you’ll see a "Setup eSIM" option. You can set it up using a QR Code or manual input.

      • Guides for 'How to Use eSIM?' and 'Your Purchase Information' are also provided. You can share your purchase information directly from this screen.

Expired eSIMs:

  • Tags and Status:

    • A red "Not Active" tag indicates the eSIM was not activated.

  • Reactivation:

    • Expired eSIMs can be reactivated by tapping the 'Reactivate' button.

Additional Notes:

  • Guest Users: If you’re logged in as a guest, you won’t be able to view Expired eSIM details. To access this information, log in using Apple or Google.

  • Get a New eSIM:

    • Below the Active and Expired eSIM details, tap the '+Get New eSIM' button to explore and purchase a new data plan. This will redirect you to the Discover Your Data Plan screen.
