How do I delete my account from the eSIM Card app?

You can easily delete your account directly from the app. Please be aware that deleting your account is a permanent action and will remove all associated data.

To delete your account:

  1. Go to the 'My Profile' screen in the app.

  2. Tap on the 'Delete Account' option. (This option is visible if you are logged in via Apple or Google).

  3. You may be prompted to confirm your email ID to verify your identity.

  4. Finally, tap 'Confirm and Delete Account' to finalize the process.

Important points to note:

  • All data will be permanently removed: This includes your profile information, all purchased eSIMs, any active or expired data plans, and stored payment information.

  • Irreversible action: Once confirmed, your account and data cannot be recovered.
