My iPhone shows "No Service" or "Invalid SIM" after activating the eSIM. What should I do?

If you're seeing a "No Service" or "Invalid SIM" message after activating your eSIM, try the following steps:

  • Ensure eSIM is Enabled: Go to Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) and make sure your eSIM line is toggled ON.

  • Check Network Selection: Navigate to Settings > Cellular > Network Selection, turn off Automatic, and manually select the available network.

  • Verify APN Settings: Make sure the APN (Access Point Name) settings match those provided by your eSIM provider.

  • Restart Your Device: A simple reboot can often resolve minor network or configuration issues.

If none of these steps work, your device might be carrier-locked or there could be an issue with the eSIM activation. In such cases, please contact our support team for further assistance.
